Commitment to Quality

My promises to you for all of Fitness Simplified’s articles & newsletters

My mission with the free content of Fitness Simplified is for the quality you’ll find here to render every other resource you may look into obsolete.

I do this because I strive to earn your trust as a reputable source you can rely on for genuinely good help and information.

Your attention is the most valuable asset you have. I do not take it lightly if you spend any of it here with me.

In order to accomplish this, there are a few promises I’d like to make you.

  • Consistently updated information in accordance with the latest evidence

    • The fields of exercise physiology & research are growing rapidly. At times, new evidence may come out contradicting what I have previously written.

    • At least once per month, I analyze each article and make sure the information provided is up to par with what the latest research is suggesting.

    • For more on my qualifications and education to be doing this, go here.

  • Fast comment responses

    • If you ever comment on an article, I will do everything I can to respond within 24 hours.

    • I do my best to provide comprehensive answers to your questions, but at times I may miss something. If you feel I did, please feel free to comment so you get a more complete answer.

  • You will never have ads shoved in your face everywhere you look

    • Most articles these days have more advertisements than the actual content you’re looking for. This is what websites must do if ad-revenue is their primary income source. This makes their page-speed slow, their content choppy, and their overall user-experience horrific. This will never be the case with my content.

  • Only humans, no AI

    • I used AI to help write the code of the blue progress bar you see at the top of each article, but that’s about it. All content is written by a human, not artificial intelligence. Many companies are using AI in order to pump out numerous articles per week, but the quality just isn’t there yet. If you’ve ever read an AI written article, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.
